Quarter Final
If a quarter-final is tied, the teams shall compete in a one over per side eliminator to determine which team progresses to the semi-final. Refer to Appendix 7. here
If following a tie, weather conditions prevent the one over eliminator from being completed, or if the match is a no result, then the team that finished in the higher position in the Group stage shall proceed to the semi-finals.

Sri Lanka's run rate is better than England.

Sri Lanka has got one of the best bowling sides and best openers I batting, Kumar and Mahela and many others in the reserve as well. New Zealand will have a tough time and who ever comes to the finals it will be a real test. Good luck Sri Lanka. By the way British airways flights seem to be returning home. Kingswood College has also gone home. Sri Lanka is getting ready to fly Mumbai. Good luck Kumar Sangakkara and the team. Good luck for all Sri Lankan cricket fans as well!

Excellent Performance from Sri Lanka especially batting and bowling. They lifted their game at the right time. Yesterday's performance will send a storng signal to the rest of the semi finalists.
