Password error

hi,

since today i had trouble with my online a/c.i tried to log on to my usual user name and password through direct fn tws but its gave me invalid user name or pasword.i tried three times and its blocked now i already inform to my broker by mail.can anyone tell me why this happend.is there any risk to my a/c.?what should i do?

You can contact your broker! And he will help you! I think it is better to call to IT division.

This could happen when

a) when you get the password/username combination is wrong. For security DirectFn blocks your account until it is unlocked by IT department.

b) at times this could happen to network errors. I think there might be a seperate authentication server connection. If something goes wrong with that , weird things can happen.

Solution : contact IT department, they can easily unlock.

I do not know who your broker is?
Anyway, go to your broker company website or ask your broker him self and he/she can give you contact details of IT department
