maybe, maybe not. what if they want to bring this down lets say 5000, so that they can show better results next year. ASI from 5000 to 8000, looks very good for 2012.
there is no political advantage right now by bringing the market up, when all markets are falling why not CSE, they can easily tell. then next year they will combine the upward trend with other things and will gain political and economical advantage.
