May be the bank is selling the shares. They must have realized they could buy 2 new building if they can dispose the whole lot.

Anyway The BANK still not start to sell even 100 shares. because if they sell it will announced by the CSE.

So bank not start to sell ... last week bank appoint the two new directors also. one of the director has more experienced with CSE. So may be he can do some thing for the COMD..

Lot of confuse...

Jana,
If you bought at 101 average and if you can dispose at 118 below ( big seller lot) thats over 15% gain ;-) I would be happy with that amount for a short trade. But as this traded higher from time to time and it is very illiquid there can be fluctuations. At Rs 100 this is a bit more than fairly valued. There main soruce of income if from renting their property to Commercial bank. Unless there is massive rent adjustment or some other investment plan COMD growth is limited.

For trade this is good if one gets in and out at the right time. But for holding, am not so sure.

You are right @slstock! But I am little bit confuse ...bcos I bought REGM also like 90/= level and 100/= level but I sold under 120/= ... but it went more than 200/= ... ... so I thinking if it is like RGGM..

I think this type of investments/ co. should be evaluated on Dividend Yield. In that basis this is highly over valued.
