today market suppose to close 12 noon. So why ticker is still moving ?

yes I know about this announcement. That's why I asked why market not closed at 12.00. ticker moved up to 12.03 p.m . Seems to be CSE forgot to send market status close at 12.00

My broker's page shows the "Market Status:Closed" correctly.

@ Roboticfx : - Are you sure market closed at exact 12.00 ? According to my trading system last trade was LWL.N0000 400 @ 90 at 12.03 and 40 seconds.

You are correct Roboticfx. There was a time when we could know the exact time to the second only by SLBC's time signal. Though now the correct local time is available at http://www.sltime.org/ to anyone with web access, most people are not interested in sticking to the correct time, especially the CSE. They are off by up to two minutes as I have observed in the recent past; may be now it has increased to 3 - 4 minutes.

We need time (time has to be correct always), only when we deal with others. Especially a market where a lot of people gather should have the correct time.
