You did a crazy thing. I'm not blaming you and I'm telling your the reality. it is quite difficult to sell shares in odd board and you need to pay special brokerage also. Usually share price in odd board is much lower than the normal board. After conversion your single share price will be 43. You need to apply large quantity of shares to average the price. I don't know how many percentage that they allow to apply. Anyway You have fallen into a trouble. Think and do the best thing to get out from it. Smile

Clever.
You may win.
If you fail, you lose nothing. ( just 100 Rs.+ brokerage)
I am sure you may get a lot of additional shares and if they maintain N above conversion price (your cost =33) you win.
No one knows what will happen in 1 and half years time.

Seems like he is a big fish who want to buy more than 100,000 shares. Even he could find 100,000 normal share bellow 30 he is thinking if he bought that portion share will go up

time and time the market shows its resistance to sec rulez.... clearly on the last day... cse runs out of fundamentals.. pure manipulation and bull runs

Agreed.... aero.. you did the right thing but instead buying 10 shares at 10/= from odd lot you could have bought 100 shares 1.50. There is nothing to loose.. Only 150/=.

As I replied to another similar post, the probability and the proportion of getting additional shares are less compared to other occations in GREG warrent convertion.

I agree with u.but I got a clue in the morning.but that didn't happen till last minute.remember last time normal price 2.9/- if i got 100 shares,my cost 290/-
small correction I got 10 shares at 7.5/- not 10/-
so my cost 75/- plus
75/-<<290/-

ha ha aero,

I was smarter than you , at least in this case Smile

I bought 4500 @ 1.50 and sold 4000 @ 2.50 next day (last day).
Got small income and now I have 500 warrants with zero cost with me.

I'm happy: I think the person who bought @ 2.50 sold them @ 3.50 few minutes later.

its the game of feelings.

What is the reason for that? They gave additional when converting W1, so why not when converting W2? Question

CLND annual report 2009
page 47

The share options were allotted at Rs 1 per share options and market price as at that date was Rs 4.25.The shares resulting from the exchange, which at the expiry of the 5th year from the date of issue, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares. At an extraordinary General Meeting held on 30 December 2009 the consent of the option holders were obtained to
postpone the exchange of share options to shares from 30 December, 2009 to 30 December, 2010.
