SFS is not a manipulated stock. It goes up with its fundamentals on assets base. I heard that there will be a revaluation of assets received on grants which has not been reflected in Books. You can remember what happened to Ceylon Hotels Corporation.

The amount is not known. However it will be recognized as Property plant and equipment and then transfer the entire value to Investment properties as they wish to use them for letting for residential purpose. It will be another sources of income if they do so.

Exceptions of the Directors might be;

Spiting and consolidating gain would increase the net assets value of the Company.

May be true, but there are rumours of one Board Director involved in a fraud worth billions. Also the latest is this fraud has a side affetc on another quoted Company as well

The question is how will this affect SFS

I was mislead by a friend of mine that the price will come down drastically after it is reaching 150/- I was totally misunderstood. I bought 200 shares at 67 and sold at 143.

Now only I heard this story I would have held it with me If I got to know early. I think the Director involved in fraud has been removed from the Board and agreed to pay compensation and appointed new members and Charimen will also changed Hawk Eye.

Any other information? please share with us

I smell a rat on arjunaedirisinghe's SFS posts.. Seems to me a promotional effort; Cuz now he talks abt being deceived by a friend after selling above 150.. Lets look how he has become an expert;

Arjun. If you know well such information can you share with us what is the fraud , and who are the people involved in it. How are they going to recover ect. Because it was not only the Director involved, and what you have said was not heard anywhere else as well

Besides your reasoning I feel there are some hidden agendas sending this share up, particularly when the market is dark red.

Lets keep on watching it on few upcoming days. If it goes down drastically, it will be a good sign of manipulation. Technically, there is a fact also. That is, no any drastic sell signal or buy signal indication in bollinger bands as well as in MACD chart too. Sell signal was shown about @ 113 in bollinger bands in 23 of JAN 2012. However, my sentiment is still "manipulation". We will see! Very Happy
