Fuel prices will be revised with effect from midnight today, the Government Information Department said.

However concessions will be given to public and private transport sectors as well as the fisheries sector.

Liter of petrol increased by Rs 12, diesel by Rs 31, Kerosene by Rs 35 with effect from midnight today- Ministry of Petroleum- adaderana.lk

Inflation will go through the roof, that leads to the devaluation.(Which may be they agreed with IMF)
