first in WC 2011 final and now, they repeted today,

we should not worry about the sudda, or any others outside from the country, but we must aware of our own people,

when , to get the 5 points india must win in 40 overs, how could mahela make such a bad mistake of taking the bowling PP @ 27th Overs
at that time
Angelo bowling with 6RPO, and Herath @ 5RPO

i cant belive, we could have safe the bonus point easily, and we can go for the last match without any trouble since, we have 15 and india only 14

Come on guys it's just a game. Some days we win and some days we loose.That's how sport is.....(and same with cse profit vs lose)

100% agreed.There is no any other short term reason to take bowling powerplay at 27 overs when spinners are somewhat controlling the batting.

Mahela took a gamble in the 27th over taking the bowling power play which didn't work today.If couple of wickets went, things would have turned in our way.Come on have some sportsmanship............... Basketball

GREG doesn't contain a fundamental value according to my research

.But it is unethical to criticize some once investment decision, because some in the forum have great expectations on GREG like you said. Question

Just tell a single valid reason to take the bowling powerplay at 27 overs.Even a school cricket captain would not take such a stupid decision.

The reason is

On the timing of the Powerplay
That was [the] decision [made] because I wanted to bowl my spinner. […] But they were going at 9 an over, and I just couldn’t take the Powerplay then; [I] just wanted to delay it for a few overs. I thought when the ball gets older, the guys will get a bit more grip and it would be tougher for them to play. But those five or six overs we didn’t bowl particularly well. We kept giving away six, seven, eight runs an over with the field back, so that’s probably where it went away from me. I was thinking when we get a wicket, we would get the Powerplay in, but it didn’t happen. Tactically I was trying to make sure we pushed them back with the field back, and we could come back into the game. So that was the thing; when you are going at eight, nine an over, you just can’t take the Powerplay and hand them the advantage. That was it; losing [Farveez] Maharoof at that particular time was a tough one as well. He was bowling particularly well. We you don’t know what exactly happened – something to do with his back – [we’ll] see what happens. No excuse. India batted really well.

Hey Mr.Sportsmanship if Mahela has taken that decision to take powerplay on his own I would definitely say it is like buying GREG at Rs120/=.

Loosing money in share dealing is a rather unpreventable thing....But loosing money after buying GREG at Rs120/= is rather stupid thing.

Actualy I asked for a VALID REASON for taking powerplay at that time.That explanation is very lame.It is like justifying buying of GREG at Rs120/- even after it went down to Rs20/-

Q) How THE **** did the person questioning Cricinfo know Srilanka was going to put up 320 Runs in the 34.2 over !? and that India would have to chase the target down before the 40th over to get the Bonus Point !? Why did'nt he say 300 or 280 or wateva ... 320 !! he was spot on !

My guess the commentator planned his question when Sri Lanka scored 160. So he may have expected Sri Lanka to put up another 160 in 16 overs......10 per over!!! Therefore, it becomes 320.
