Battered with bruises and locked up for no reason, ex hottest chilli among the World Bourses, the C S E, just got freed from all charges. It now feels the essence of being free. A free and open form always come across with good and bad as it is the nature of our world. Having a least knowledge or getting real professional help will be the key way to avoid finger burning so manipulators simply could not get their job done as each and every traders are well informed of what is happening. Free market economy context has no room for regulatory DO s and DON ' T s ..

I don't understand some people's brouhaha about this 10% band. It's not like any of the shares were going up 9% everyday. Very Happy It's not like shares were put under price band.
I think some people just wants to make that old stupid thing, 'good news', 'meeting' running the market at least this time again.
What I can see every time when one of these rules were dropped is because when the market was heading to dangerous level. This time it couldn't be different. None of the extensions, removal of rules were done when the market was soaring. Buying some bits and pieces from everywhere and keeping the market artificially green could mean that this was the same.

@aj | Thank you for your feedback. Too much regulatory interferences do not entertain by fund managers who are pumping FDIs to the CSE. Building up the trust that we lost due to some systematic policing attempts, is so vital at this stage. Knowing the fact that 10% price band does not do any bad, the market psyche itself whispers that there is a regulatory string called 10% PB. Now, indeed, it has gone .. And investors are just coming back .. Mind does the unthinkable aj ..

If we think that way then not having any regulatory framework or policies and letting it run anyway the market wants, the it could make the the real investors and funds apprehensive.

I'm glad JKH, COMB, RICH, etc. won't be caught up in price band again. (This is sarcasm)

Looking at the transactions what I can see is somebody (may be the pension fund) wants to thallu start the market hoping retail investor will jump in.
