DirectFN help....

With newest version of Directfn I can not see the ASI chart.Other charts can be seen.I downloaded the history several times.But problem remains.

With previous version I can see the ASI chart.

Does anyone face simillar situation or Does anyone know how to resolve this problem ?

A mumber of companies use various versions of DirectFN. I used DirectFN TWS of a recently launched broker company which had lots of problems. I changed the broker after several complaints to the former was not heeded. First talk to your broker firm and if they are unable change the broker.

With the previous version(1.0.8.6) of DFN provided by the same brokers still I can see the ASI chart.Problem is with the newest version(4.14.19.20).Apart from that I do not have any problem with my broker company so it is unwise to change the broker only on this matter.

OK, then keep on reminding the broker of your issue. They might fix it.

Newest version of Direct FN TWS is 4.14.21.0

Whitebull. Try to double click on the small ASI chart at left upper corner of the screen, then the intraday ASI chart will appear, then right click on the ASI intraday chart & click "send to chart". This might work.
