This is the right time to buy PALM. Still many investors dont know the true potential of this company.
Scale of their new resort will be huge. Plus they have stakes in other hotels as well.

You are not late to buy PALM. Not many shares in the market. This is still not under the radar.

This will be the biggest resort in Sri lanka. Plus EDEN and unlisted dickwella resort under its belt.

I am sick of Ishara Nanayakkara's never ending restructuring and as a result I have lost lot of money. Hence I will be very concern about investing in LOLC Group.

Very good buying pressure has built up around 90.
How many days this will take to break 100?
People slowly realising how cheap this hotel price really is.

PALM will be the heart of south coast hotel industry.

Slowly moving towards 100 mark. Huge potential with this company and very long way to go. Still not late to buy.

The hotel has not got any Architectural Plan yet...it is only talk and the restructuring will take a long time.

Even Eden F&B Assistant Manager recently offered me a free lunch for a couple in 2013 May after I arranged him two tickets to a concert at a 50% discount and very recently in 2014 when I called him and went to inquire on the same he said the relevant restaurant is under refurbishment and I have to have the lunch at a different place in the hotel.

Damn I left the place.

Now testing Rs100. Already over 35% profits but am not selling at these level. Very illiquid share and can go up without a big push

Collected this from 90s to rockbottom 60s and kept collecting.
Once BIL's right issue get subscribed we can see faster progression of the building work. How PALM share price appreciate tells that story. You will see faster movements of the share price after the BIL announcement (on right issue) & that's not far away. (less than a month)

Remember it is not a Rs100m or Rs200m right issue but staggering 2.3 billion..! Once they settle the existing high interest loans, they can go for less expensive loans that help to construct PALM.

PALM will be one of kind resort in Sri Lanka.

Current net asset value = Rs 170
Market Value = Rs 100

EDEN hotel & Dickwella resot (unlisted) comes under PALM.

Not many share in the market as well.

It's too early to sell.

Slowly heading towards 125. Too early to sell. Most people dont know the true value of this share.
Once BIL right issues gets sorted we can see faster move in price and the construction work as well.

Now they came out of their own rights issue, so i feel they will settle the high cost borrowing and will go for the new borrowings at much lesser rate.

Also they priced the rights at very attractive price, also once the rights issue completed it will create more liquidity to the market, so it might even attract some new investors as well.

Will wait and see, i have few shares bought at well low prices.
