BFL real value

BFL real value is 600+ but now it was trading around 400
I think it will pass 600 with in a month (50% gain)
BFL run will start on 1st or 4th April 2011

On my childhood I too loved dreaming...lol

Can you pls tell how you predict the dates [1st & 4th April]

There are some reasons for those dates
1.Margin clearing was end on 31st March
2.On April there are lots of quarter reports to come and also annual reports
3.BFL report will come with in 20th-30th April (at that time BFL must on there real value according to 4th Q report after the 1st Q report we must update the BFL value)
4.and some other reasons....

I cant tell other reasons will see on that day what will happen to the market

today my broker send me an email by recomending to buy BFL & RICH. eventhough I have enough BFL with profit, I bought another 500. How greedy am I? I can't control myself

1st is too obvious but 04th is a puzzle?

Has selected April 1 and 4 because 2 and 3 are Sat and Sun

Today can see some green ,expect bull run on 1st or 4th April, and special run from BFL

see GRAN and TAFL they are trading on same price,I think GRAN will start a run soon or TAFL will go down to 155

If BFL start the run GARN will follow BFL GRAN and TAFL will also follow

Can we expect 1000+ from BFL AND 500+ FROM TAFL AND GRAN at the end of 2011

I think BFL will pass 1000 after 4q report 2011
(only if they maintain the growth like past 3q) if we look there future development an projects we can expect more attractive earnings

as I said April 1st Market was green and expect same on 4th

Sweet if so.. as per my studies (with current earnings) the fair value for this is around 500-520..
If Q1/2011 results would be sooo good, we can expect this value to hit 700.. then again Q2/2011 results are much more than Q1, we can expect some more..
So everything goes well with qtr wise increase in revenue.. we can arrive at 800-900- 1000 even..

So for that we have to carefully monitor the earnings

What is the Risk Appetite of this company?
What are the opportunities open?
Are there any GAPS?

If anyone has answers please write back.

Not sure you needed stronger answer than this which I do not know yet. I trying to studying this sector growth potential now.


What is the Risk Appetite of this company?
Disease , price control by goverment etc. However established large scale farms like BFL already adopt precautionary methods which smaller farm may not has access to.


What are the opportunities open?
Already active 10 year tax free farm. Could there be more? Halal market?

There is no way they will sustain this growth in years to come as poultry prices rise and fewer and fewer people can afford poultry products. So enjoy it while it lasts, while the rest of us are laughing after the "great BFL crash"

Ofcourse any company will has it peak period though the recovery stages. BFL went through the recovery stages where people made lot of profits ( This was Rs 60 at July now Rs 400 ) . We saw recoveries and price increases with TAFL/GRAN and many more counters.

At this time BFL still has some life blood in it with the Tax free expansion project added for growth. But at some point in the future it will be good to see when BFL growth will not sustain and its market value is not justified. Thats when you sell right? Right now BFL has future expections for growth and in the present context the value could go up.

But lets see. No buy or sell recommendation just presenting the fact with it current place in the market.

Unlike other poultry companies BFL announced their Tax Free farm operations, this will (as many stated) come in to operation from Q2.. we have to see their earnings grow every qtr.. and the coming results may be the best due to world cup + tourist arrivals..

Chicken prices are not gonna go back to 550+ soon.. when tourits season is over the normal consumption is expected hence govt will stop importing of chicks.. means what? local firms get the benefit.. Now BFL with its new farm can produce chicks to fill up the gap easily.. So are we not seeing a revenue increase?
