Received a news alert from AdaDerana on ASI 6000.
Ada Derana live coverage of CSE Smile

We need to wait till 2:30 to see the volumes and gap between today's close and 6000 which will help a successful testing of this limit if demands. Else we can keep hopes of an uptrend towards 6300 and 6600 since crossing 200 day MA by 50 day MA within this week is also on the cards.

Now the question is can the market Sustain 6000 level and move forward? Even though ASI touched 6000, It didn't brake 6000 yet. Seems to be heavy Resistance at this level.

JKH and DIAL played a key role on this artificial ASI movement. Now those counters seems to be at their peak. Interesting to see the situation when selling pressure comes in heavy weight counters such as JKH.

Yes mate, I did a small analysis. There is a big resistance level around 6000. If we can pass and stay beyond the boundary at least 2 days, market will be stable @ 6000+. However, it is much better to be stable after passing 6200.

Considering the last fall of ASI from 7863 region, the bottom we saw and consider as "the bottom" was found somewhere near 4725.
I drew a Fib on these ranges and visually those lie around the following levels;
38.2% - 5730-5750
50.0% - 6090-6100

ASI 6000 up Asi_0110

Now where we stand? still below 6000. It went pass 6000 but has fallen back..

Something important here;
Since 4850 level MACD stayed up all these days and with today's trading it shows a negative diversion. The RSI is moving around 80-82 cycle..

You can see from the second chart below the recent moves from 4725 and the last pattern almost look like a triangle.. (Yes its few days trading so I dont want to jump the gun and mark anything..)
And looking at this chart, the 0% Fib level has even touched..

But where this will head from tomorrow?

Also see the CSE daily report today.. Both domestic and foreign deals are bias towards the selling side.. Only 22Mil net income from foreign deals.

So the foreigners started trading n big time? Laughing

Refer the 2nd chart..

So from the latest Fib levels, 38.2% is around 5480, before that 23.6% is around 5670..
