Guys,
As you'll can see REG is trading 69-72 levels, any one noticed that some blocks traded below 70? avg.qty is like 100k per day. Im talking about 1-11/2 months back. Did anyone aware about the buyers? Alright, just for your information guys. 300k-500k bought by Assetline Group and 200k-400k bought by EPF. (im not sure about the quantities but source is very reliable). Which means more than 700k share going out from the free float and in this situation no one will subscribe the rights. But these institutions will end up with additional rights. Again there wont be any rights to trade in the market. Also its a stock with a higher dividend yield too. According to my calculations there are less than 1mill shares in the free float. And those institutions will not sell with a smaller profit margina. Im pretty sure this time market itself drive this stock to 100 and then someone will pick it to a higher level. Im seeing a real potential in this stock and you can easily justify this stock 135.00+.
Good Luck! afro

Alright back to REG as you'll can remember this stock went up to 500+ (before the 1for1 split). Just go through the numbers then you can see the facts and figures. PE is 9.6 if you take 10 times no doubts its a rs.96 share. This is my personnel view of this stock. It went up to 500 (which means 250 now) and now trading 70. Thats how i predicted it. Also you'll love to see the coming results.
Cheers!

Proportion: - One (01) new ordinary share for every six (06) shares held
Issue Price: - Rs. 69.00/-
Qty Offered: - 1,609,695
Renunciation: - 17.Oct.2012
Last Date of Acceptance & Payment: - 18.Oct.2012

Technically REG should move up before renunciation in order for this rights issue to be successful. As you can see issue price is Rs.69. It make no sense for some one to subscribe to it at Rs.69 if the share can purchase from market below 69.

However your Rs. 135 prediction is too optimistic.

Hope you can remember what happened to SFIN.N.0000 when they announced the rights issue. No one bought rights and company subscribed it and on that time it was trading around 10-11. All of a sudden after the rights issue it went up to 16+. It will make sense very soon my dear friend.
Im just giving the factor that can happen in real life, its up to you to take it or not to but im very bullish on this stock.

As my memory serves, at the time this went to 500, it only has a valuation worth of 250/-.. Your thinking could be rite on 135 as this can go up when some ppl come active in this like last time but fundamentally it looks undervalued at the current price.
But I'm talking from the past experience and I've not checked their latest financials so I'm not too sure..

Regnis rights are trading at Rs 3.30.
Rights price is Rs 69.
Current market price is around Rs 68- 69

I can't see the logic in buying rights at this price level. ( bid quantity around 16000?)

yes, I agree with you,, Laughing Smile
REGNIS pay smart dividends for its shareholders. I mean that in the short-term period REG easily achieves Rs. 100. I know that very well.
current price is ok to enter and make the highest return with both dividend income & capital gain.

REGNIS investment is better for every period, because they have solid financial. after election, they perform very well & the price will touch Rs. 150 in the longterm period.

when REGNIS was trading in 60 rupees, I recommend this one before 2 weeks ago. dont miss this opportunity,,

Good luck.... cheers cheers

earlier one month ago, I mentioned REGNIS will touch Rs.100. REGNIS is good for longterm & hope to price will go Rs. 110 in the longterm.

but now,  after or before reach 90, the price will again come down Rs.75-80 range.  now riskier for collect @ above Rs.85 level.

That’s a good entry. When things settle down, this could even give you 20% yield annually through dividends.

Yeah i really like their dividend yield. Nowadays i'm creating a strong portfolio with a good dividend yield. This share will probably help me out.

Exactly! That’s the only way to go. Given their history of good dividend payout and bank interest rates coming down, these shares will be in demand. If you build a good dividend portfolio, it doesn’t matter if the market goes up down or sideways.

Average dividend yield around 8-10% is a good number to target.

Personally I’ve build my retirement portfolio on this theory. If the prices goes up so much, that the yield comes down below 4-5%, thats the time I’ll be considering selling for capital gains. Otherwise I’ll hold them forever and live of the dividends. 😀
