Actually DIMO is a share I made a wrong judgement in medium term to not exit fully at Rs 1900. I had Massive ( well over 100%) profit when it ran to Rs 1900 but I did not exit fully and bought some more around Rs 1400 when it came down. It never ran to full potential for Rs 270 eps company ( worth to me atleast Rs 2000 then ) when other weaker no fundamental shares ran to Rs 3000 to Rs 10000 due to clear manipulative pushes. DIMO was very unlucky. Then it got caught at ASI peak downtrend and Vehicle tax issue this year to beat it to ground ( Near 2010 prices) .

In any case I did buy more DIMO at Rs 500+ and sold the excess bought at Rs 770-800. So my average is very much less now and any hopeful further run will put my remaining shares in green.

I still believe DIMO and UML are the 2 strongest playes in the sectors as metntioned in this post.

I still believe DIMO and UML are the 2 strongest players in the sectors as mentioned in this post. Their gross profits are even higher than last year. Other overhead costs killed profit last quarter ( DIMO). Lets wait and see what happens .

has to do another run both are money makers.....1000+ min ....for DIMO

since i am holding dont think i am promoting....but i am giving my opinion on near term target....this run will go with bfl....

got stuck @ 183/- i was looking for 215+ tgt on BFL now in minus @ 158/-

145ish is a very good re-entry...

According to some people with grade 1 "issues" here, it does not matter if you hold a share or not. If you make comment at X price and it comes down in price they will be out to get you to say you promoted. But if it goes up they never will acknowledge it did.

CDB is a good personal example. I posted an analysis at Rs 40. Then it went to Rs 48. ( 20%) Now back to Rs 40. Now such party is blaming it is a promotion.

So watch out haha.

There is one thing about BFL. Will it run independantly from GRAN/TAFL . No doubt BFL is the strongest in the sector due to Maize /cost control. The Sept Quarter for GRAN/TAFL might not be the best due to probable maize issues /costs.( speculation). It will get better with time I presume due to chicken price increase and maize harvest in SL becoming better. Long term ( irrespective of chicken haters) it is one of the cheapest meats available still not to mention protein from Eggs. Yes this sector has much risks but looking at still expensive Fish prices, chicken still has a place. Usually Dec is best quarter for Chicken shares.

Also BFL has a significant collection ( or selling ) between Rs 175-185. Noticed sellign is less around Rs 160s. Just some observations

Keeping other part until budget to see, whether government offering any tax release to sector or not. if gov offer some tax relief, UML might pass 150 level easily. There are 2 contradictory rumors about the sector going on these days.

1. There are no tax relief from government at budget and permits also going to be stop near future.

2. As less vehicle sale currently, importers are planing to return back vehicles to vendors. In that case government need to pay the tax back as it going to be happened through re-import procedures. Gov. not in position to refund tax and there for planing to give some tax relief at budget.

It is not only the vehicle tax but also Dollar rise from 110/- to 130/- and interest rate hike which is having an impact on the sector.
