Hospitality Trade and Flour prices

 Two ears gone since down the Pallan went the CSE. One way ticket like I feel until the UFO's (unidentified foreign organizations) )return with their heavy investments. May be other Asian country stock exchanges should be worse off for CSE to return.  

No sign of hospitality trade improving. Investments and constructions all over but not tourist increases as boasted. Also vey poor tourists coming in to SL. New tourists only look, see, do and not buying nothing. Cheeky no.  They stay with friends and private homes and pay only Boarding fees. Fine how do-You -do..

Even if some more seven star or eight stars come waiters dont wait in hotels. They also cannot speak English. Worser than Carl.
Carl murdered the queen some times. These people murders all the queens men. Those days capital punishment is noose hanging. Now not allowed no. Sin aney.  People in lanka very good. Better way to die is to get into white van. no cost and no funeral. Missing altogether. Good no.

I forgot my hotel storey. I also made a SIRA investment and waiting for the hotel to come. Waiting and waiting. May be after they create a Holding co for all their holding companies it will be completed. May I will get a free room for my honey moon. Can't afford to get married with these losses you know.  May be I can have my wedding reception at SANA's restaurant. He also got a new restaurant as he lost his cricket business. May be better if he started building his restaurant before his last over would have been better. Im think out loud. People also would not have got bored and he also made more money in the eating business

Eating business now not so good. You know why? Flour prices gone up men by rupees six. That is calamity. Next time I will get half a roti for the same price in the salvar kade. With Flour price and hoppers there are strings attached always. Then strings are a problem. I mean apron strings.
They start scolding all the ministers sons due to the thing called "uddammanaya" or something like that. Never mind scolding, if wrong person hears hello, I will end up in white van and all that.

White vans and cars are not selling I hear. Import business is not good and now they are converting to export business. Hope even that will work. These guys can't even sell properly. Sell men, sell quickly other wise China man will bring Geely business and make chineese cars in Sri Lanka. Then don't tell us. May be that is the reason why high import duty on cars. Then only Geely chineese cars will be sold no. Good planning no. Who will benefit aney? The Y generation people or 10 - 25% people. 

Anyone i dont know how to handle these y generation people aney. I don't know what to do with them. They Learn and learn with all the degrees, masters, MBA and phd's and dont like to listen to their bosses. Can't control them. Even. They say that they should have the bosses position. Whom do they think they are? Cheeky no. I mean must wait at least at least they die , retire or get sacked no. Why the hurry? No decency at all. They also have five papers but no experience. Then what? How to give big titles with no experience. They want Manager, VP, director mentioned in the business cards. Nowadays y generation people first ask for the visiting cards before the first salary. Don't know why. I will commit suicide men the things are going. Who will do the work then if all are managers. 

People don't like to work men. I think that is the biggest HR problem. If all people work for their salary's then there will be more production and then more profits for the companies and then the ROI's also will be good. The investors on this forum also will be happy employees also very happy with the bonuses and OT. Win win.

Hope the bull takes the CSE by the horns from Tuesday onwards.
