Greg(N) will hit Rs18 on Monday. I predicted today that it would hit 17.30 and stable in 17 . But it went 17 and stabilized in 16.9. Again I predicted it would hit 18 within 10 days. Coming Monday is 10th day.(refer my Greg retailers topic) So what?? Lets play with the fire on Monday onwards.

The controlling shareholder is the one who knows best about the company. So always be cautious when the controlling shareholder is selling. If future is so bright would they be selling?

Just watch out that now the party who bought the chunk can dump it to retailers gradually: and they dont have to expose when they do it,

I am not saying this will happen tomorrow or next week. But it can happen at some point of time. The more informed parties will be out of the stock at that point. Uninformed people will hold these pieces of paper.

I feel there is a problem of transparency also.

Greg Sale is done by Lion Hart. ----------------- out flow
BIL is done by ERI------------------------Not a inflow just an investment by ERI. SO Will BIL be like DPL ? ( That is a separate issue )

This is not a lIan hart to lian hart or ERI to ERI transaction

So there is a possibility of Getting a higher money from BIL by lian hart at the expense of RS. 5.50 BIL price.
What to do ? Seems both are good prices and valuation is justified with last month transactions .

Do you imply that the management of GREG so low.. if so..
How were they able to turn companies like CLPL, DPL to profits after taking them over????

I think some people are instigating so much hate against GREG and I doubt because they lost much on this share. But understanding this share and its players on CSE can reap you more.. At last anyone expects profits from a share so read my saying below.....
Hey.. Jiggi.. You can add one more company to the List Browns Investments Ltd. (BIL)... You seems to be a person that is not open minded but a GREG HATER...........................

Added, this is the same husband selling wife buying deal that Lion*art did with Rishan, this time it is with TAP (TAP selling BIL and buying GREG).
Lion*art is funding the 2 billion they need to give GREG by selling shares to Sri-Lankans. That shows the quality of the people involved in this operation.

Quite Simple but our main consideration should be GREG not LionH*rt GREG is receiving money, does the investment made with Photon Global worth?? that should be the issue, In the future too GREG may shelve some holding of companies like CLPL, DPL for profits. That is in their agenda to turn loss making companies to profits and the to make profits.

Some hate GREG....Some love GREG.....What I think is if you are a wise observer you can earn from GREG.....

They are usual stratergy which is buying loss making companies and make them profitable is actually a good stratergy but while doing that they spread some cunning rumours time to time ,I think, to do some short term manipulation which acts upon on them to reduce their reputation.

On the otherhand I can not understand why Lion heart selling it now....Do they need money or Do they know some insider information ?

Greg Acquired DPL on 2nd sep 2010, DPL was at Grinding halt of operation due to Labour issue by then, Since then GREG has solved the LAbour issue and done an immense process modifications which takes some time. Since then it has passed 15 months Isn't that too early to expect a change in profits????? (No need to mention of current market condition of EU countries which constitute major market for DPL)

I expect them to be a success soon..........

Greggers has made a loss of 24 cents for the quarter, once again showing the quality of the (mis) management. At this rate they will be a success in 2020.
