Do you see the difference in the below figures. Can you relate it to CSE/stocks over a period of time? If so what can you say?

If you can, a picture may relate to 1000 words ;-)

Both trend patterns are similar except duration of each up and down movements within the two patterns vary.

Conclusion:
Overall trend of the market depend on the comparative duration of each up or down movement.

Two lightening situations not in the sky, but in the CSE.

a) it relates to certain time period. Possible within one year or two years comparisons.

b) High low points are connected resulting step up & down like chart.

c) Particular stock concerned it shows the price appreciation at current time comparing that of previous period....

slstock-
brainstorming...isn't it?

I posted this sometime ago,

Revisit your stocks you hold now.

See how many of stocks are still above the lowest price they reported during the year. So which graph do they fit ;-) Observe over a bit more time and see which longer term trend ( graph) they will fit. Think the lines as price of a stock ( over even overall CSE index)

Smart and brave will always try to think and act positive.

No tricks here.

This is about price graph pattern observation over a period of time.

Notice what happened from 2011 feb to 2012 June. Which graph fits it.

Now observe which way your stock are going now. Study and decide for yourself.

Seriously I am no expert .

But will give myself some credit as I try to be tad above average by learning quickly from mistakes. But still has a lot to improve so no expert.

in my personal view the current CSE chairman does a fairly better job than the predecessors....

so market seems to be blending better with the regulator instead cris crossing their own paths to showcase who is superior...

This is what happened to previous two......they may be well versed in their previous jobs but not necessarily suitable to be in charge of such sentiment has more to do in a place like the stock market.

so hats off to this Dr Nalaka G. Very Happy

Hope he will not resign/quit for another position.....
