REXP is sound good. 80% plus holding by parent company.Profit has climbed by 600% (compare with 3 months ended 2011 & 2012 ).
Yes definitely huge value appreciation ahead..

Even if they disclose 50% divident payout ratio ...wow .this will give a massive gain...

I personally don't like them declaring a dividend. It will hamper the true potential of the company.

But Richard Peris group is normally distributing around 50% of net income.

I am still wondering wheather i am going to grab some REXP or not....Today it appreciated 10%... only doubt is with this dark environment will it come back and hit 20s...Better to wait and see..

Have an approach on slab basis. Around 33/- will be OK. As I am holding a quantity with much lessor cost, it's not ethical for me to advice on the buying price. But there's huge potential for the share.

It's highly unlikely to hit 20s again, unless something terribly happen in the market. When market came down by 500 points during last five weeks, REXP basically stayed around Rs. 30/- : 31/- level. If you have noticed all buy orders in last five weeks were "disclosed orders" and there’s only one margin account in top 20 shareholders.
