this year September CIFL done kind of manipulation.. its went up to Rs 11.80 then its comes down up to 3.90 now. its really good price to buy and keep it ... if the market is positive or bull start then we can make it from it 50% or 100% prfit.. and CIFL's lowest price level now.. I don't thing so it will go further down..

if you check the data....

Period ======2012-09
Date High ====18-09-12
High (Rs.) ====11.80
Date Low ====04-09-12
Low (Rs.) ====4.20
Share Vol ====33,022,436

nearly 33 million shares traded within September period so some one definitly did manipulation.. I feel he did this who bought some of million shares before some day of SEP @ 4/= level..

anyway CIFL not much in the market .. compare with the Price level easy to go up again.. not like other shares ... issue Qty 83,426,733 .. but in the market less than 10 million shares are tradable.. if we see with the price level nothing there...

am sure no one can't collect more than one million share under 6/= or 7/= now..most of then bought in high price level again .. so all are waiting to go up..

CIFL no doubt it will go further up but market should be positive to help it..

if you hold it or buy it now ..damn sure you can make it 50% or 100% profit..

Note:- I don't have any CIFL ..But I done the trade with this ..I bought it 10.80 and sold it 5.90 then again I bought it 4.60 then I sold it 11/= ... ...... finally gain with this trade... (it is luck)
Now I am waiting to buy it again but need money...

I agreed with you jana..

CIFL is good pick ... even to me no money to buy those... I don't want to buy anything in Credit ...

now a days CIFL making small loss because of their personal expenses is very high (I can't understand what is personal expenses)

but their income ever year 40% to 60% up .. ... increasing their depositors..so good company

Still their NAV is more than 8/= ... when they issue this share they had nearly 40 million share then they split by two before they issue ... so now NAV is 8/=

in one word.... CIFL is good stock @ this price

Capital Trust hold big Qty ..may be they will do this manipulation.. then we can expect another pump and dump ...

YES SL MARKET, I AGREE

CIFL has a net asset value of Rs. 8 and trading at around Rs. 4.8 to Rs. 5 well worth to collect and hold for a months I will assure a return of above 100% but remember it has a beta value of 2,72 against ASI so high risk. It dependents on the performance of the overall market.

It is a company which is improving its financial status and a turnaround Company. So no worries about funture prospects with the banking and Finance Sector rally yet to follow in January 2013. Collect it at lower price and hold. IPO price was Rs. 10 with no private placement.

With the withdrawal of issuing new license for Finance Company, internal competitiveness would be encouraged and CIFL might be a target of a well established PLC as a diversification. keep an eye \

Good Luck with trading on CIFL
