LIOC, FLCH both cash flow statement is in minus, so that means they do not have positive cash balance. So does this mean they are running on Debt?

LIOC has a very good quarter, but in cash flow statement things look different as the figures are negative.

about FLCH,
it is important to break it down into parts. One important item is the Free cash flow which is operating cashflow - capital expenditure.
Although even this is a negative, I personally feel that there is potential for growth. Most of the capital expenditure is for development instead of replacements (look at depreciation)

Although they do have long term loans, it's not of great magnitude. Further they have short term investments and of course a huge amount of cash balance. If you notice, they are also getting more interest income than expense (not always a good thing). FLCH also recently declared its first dividend as well while repaying part of the loans.
