How about the customer friendliness at Prestige compares to Dimo?

Sometimes back a friend of mine told that those two agents are miles apart when it comes to after sales customer service.

I just wonder things have been improved?

Eventhough i don't have any luxury vehicles, there is a vast difference in the service level between Senok. Regency, Prestige & Dimo
