You are 100% correct..., If keep money in a safe it will never grow [no interest/ no returns] same @ SEYB N & X ... if you invest in those two you can have the same money back, may be even after 2015...lol

This was published in the morning session.....But there wasn't much movement in the share price...
Though I dont kw what will happen tmrw...

What do u guys think will happen?
Currently voting trade at 75. For the right to have some value by 25th May the share price should increase...
Will this be followed by the non voting...??
What is the best strategy to deal with this for existing SHs who bought this share having faith on the new management...

Right at the moment, SEYB is a fundamentally strong, long term stock.

It was on the verge of cashing in on the positive factors of banking sector when the N was trading around 90 and X was trading around 50. The management made a mess of it with the announcement of rights issue, as the structure and timing of the announcement sent huge negative vibes pulling the price down big time.

This is less attractive for short term traders. The risk for the bank is that rights may not be fully subscribed. The share price may tend to come down further after XR date.

The only saviour may be the quarterly financials. If 1Q financial gives a imposing picture, the embarassment can be saved to some extent.
