All these may be good, but I am most comfortable with Land & Property and Hotels & Travels.
My simple mind understands these businesses better, and the revenues are more predictable.

Before research analysts write their reports on some stocks in the coming quarters we should do our own study on some companies now.

We can do some reasonable estimation on earnings of some companies due to new developments, higher tourist arrival and mega trends.

If we can identify intermediate trend in addition to coming improved fundamentals we can have better winning picks.
