Yes LGL is a good share in the market. They might declare at least 1.50dividend also.
But I'm a bit skeptical whether they will go for a right issue when the price is high. They need money to launch their new finance arm.

They are vitually debt free.They can go for some debt,bond issues as well

Yes,they could. so, you mean to say the possibility for a right issue is low. The right issue talk was there in the market back in 2011 as well.

There was some interest shown in this during the last few days, not a bad share to hold. I don't know anything about a rights issue, we know how the market responds to rights these days. I will sell my holding when the time comes

NOOO.. It wont happen below Rs50.

They wont give anymore unrealistic dividends.
