The loss incurred by Public Funds including Govt Banks,other Privet sector
investors and Depositors of Finance companies may be equal to their excess wealth ( After 2009)

The Biggest problem is most of them earn this wealth with the support of regulators and govt politicians

When there is no rule of law and country is run by an authoritative rule
you can do anything
