They have net assets of Rs 259.10. The company was expecting a premium of 30%. I believe the deal will go through either today or Monday.

If the rumor is true (and given the moves in both HHL and MORI and Enderby coming onto the HHL board there seems to be something brewing), MORI.X still remains a safer bet (even if the rumor is wrong you won't get massacred with the X compared to the N)

There were many takeover rumours in the past. But nothing has been materialized. Hemas is already in pharmaceutical industry. Hope this time it will happen!

Deal is almost confirm like. One of my old friends who worked for MORI is doing BUSINESS with MORI and HHL. Hemas already done the valuations it seems. But the interesting part is now Ashok pathirage is also trying for this stake like.

If it is like that we can see some fire works in coming days.

Just check for this................ but who knows....

dnt misunderstand me. i dnt knw why people cant read my posts properly. may be my language. I hv never said hemas bought MORI. I clearly said that it is a rumor. ( i checked mori behavior also)

and i let people knw b4 it went down. i dnt think people follow me. alot buyers. i did not follow others and i am not expecting others to follow me. ( but people who follow me for MORI r winners)
