I have hold on W17, expecting to move up once the warrant conversion announcement comes.

If I were you i would sell N and buy W17...

Lots of shares were collect by directors > 75.Also 1.5mil shares collected by Laugfs Holdings around 90.I think they may have done some study before jump and buy.So the future may be better.
