Yes good time to enter again. Dont think 100% but I will be happy with 20%. Some months back there were rumours about COCR and although forum members did not join it there were fears. if they go for 25% lot @21/=, what they really not going get more below 21/=, sure they will be run just by them to grab more but it may not be a hurried collection... but a wise a slow one.....
This is not a donation, they must have clever analysis....
its sure this is like a VALUATION report on COCR!

kind of on the high side to enter. Short term hold is a good idea. After the private placement a dividend of 50 cents might be a possibility
