I did mention about shot term opportunity at Rs 1.1

I presently feel there is some serious manipulation going on looking at the orders. When I started writing this PCH was Rs 1.4-1.3. Now it is Rs 1.2 . Do not get exited when you see large orders appearing.

There can be some future manipulation plan or price up . I don;t know. But this is a pure gambling share at this stage. Massive high risk ( maybe high gain/higg loss) There is systematic dumping going on by the looks of it.

I thought I should tell you what I felt. Decision to gamble is yours if one wants to play.

Btw what happened to their Kandy branch?

I heard sometime back that they are going to cease their business and I had mentioned it in the forum. Today at 1.20 sort of transaction was happen. I feel that way. After some time saw this type of manipulation. Anyway Sls we are glad to have a senior member like you in the forum...

If Rishan screwed up with PCH only it is something.

It is sad what is happening to companies with a potential like PCP and OGL.

I guess something else going on. owner buy all shares from other major share holders.1.20 is good for them rather than nothing when they close the biz or prior trading halt at cse.
but I dought that how much they hv to pay stock holders if they are closing the biz.
can any one tell me that.?

I also like to see what would share holders get if the biz closed. Right now, according to what I have, PCH NAV is Rs 4.39 a share. But I have experienced two similar cases in the past where, shareholders got absolutely nothing!.
(The debtors got something and the balance was wiped out by the whom I call scavengers (legal and accounting parties who organized the liquidation)

I thot the directors are buying back wat they sold at 3-4.. So they can also sell now and buy back at 0.5 Wink

No crossings but heavily traded. so I smell a rat in PCH trading..

I heard LOLC was selling Rishan's holdings by arranging buyers as Rishan had some arrangement with them. ...

Dr.S pretty smart guy who perfectly time PCH. He s da 1 who got exit over 10 mn shares during 10 to 30 run... May be good time is ahead. Consider Dr.S main SH of the finance, LCEM too....

I gambled and made no profit with this, and i sold and bought some blue chip company stock instead.

PCH raised Rs.343, 000,000.00 via the rights issue in May 2013. Share has lost 60% of the value since then.

But the amount raised through the rights is worth the current share price. But I don't know what they have done with the rights money.

But Dr. T will not buy into without knowing. SEC and CSE should declare more information to the public as who has bought the rights etc., as it's highly unlikely that retailers were bought even 5% of the rights.

Next question is who sold the shares today? If it's not Rishan then the share is in a good footing now, as 35m shares have taken off the free float.
