Are not they supposed to change the sector from Constructions to Diversified Holdings as I recall the board had passed a resolution at an EGM just before so called the junk rights issue .. ?innam wrote:.. These jokers can't call themselves a diversified company. They couldn't raise all the rights money they wanted in the beginning, either LCEY didn't subscribe to everything they were entitled to or some of the retailers (wisely) stayed away. Is this legal to mislead investors to rip off funds forcibly .. ??
Are the chartered audit firms in this island auditing correctly the books of all these PLCs with lot of grey areas .. ???
