@ .90 cts will be worth the risk. .80 cts may much better but in this market highly unlikely.

Anybody with the Legal or Secretarial background can clear my confusion?

As per my understanding PLC must be the managing Agents, so is the old director board continue to function?

Also Mr & Mrs. Maloney was appointed to the board, with the promise to infuse the capital but they failed to do so, is they can continue as Directors?
