Assuming investors will subscribe for all rights, which seems to be the ideal case according to the demand for Rights, what will happen to JKH share price, market capitalization and to ASI figure finally?

Will there be a bear market until JKH price stabilize at a certain point?

good point .... large rights have an impact on the index value

Taking into consideration the ex rights market cap (@ Rs price 220 currently), the current number of shares issued (858 million shares), the right issue qty (132 million shares), JKH would have to fall below Rs 190 when the newly issued shares trade, for it to negatively impact the ASPI, from a JKH perspective.

JKH Price over Rs 190 would positively impact the ASPI.

I am not sure of the impact of warrant prices on the Index.

JKH run started around 208 - 222 range in Dec-Jan period which lasted around 5 months and ended at 300 peak.
Since then it was mostly down and hit 241 but started a small run in mid July which again lifted it to 270s.

Then the real downtrend had stated taking this again to around 205 - 208 range mid September. By this time I beleeve its 100% corrected.

MACD gave a buy around 210 in mid Sept and as of now another buy-like signal could be seen from MACD while ADX is
showing no strength for this to pass 225.
In contrast, it also seems like +DI lines trying to cross -DI in coming days.. So its a bit strange.

So I'm skeptical.. coming days will be interesting to see Wink

If 225 is crossed, I want to look at this too..

Have u done any technical study with TJL?

Don't u smell out something with its price movement? May be due to higher expectation on this qtr report which came out recently.

TJL was an exceptionally good counter I saw after sometime. Ppl who bought this around 9-11 are in clear 50% profit. And I recently saw 2 buy signals. One buy signal from 14s thru MACD & ADX. and its still there since ADX shows the signal is strong.. The second buy was around 15 too. RSI is a bit high at 79 so we may see a cooling down. However, maximum I expect is 15 - 15.20 if so. In an unfortunate event, it will be 14.50.
I have a few shares... So I'm keeping.. Who knows.. their financials are encouraging too..

I dont have any TJL. I think it will pass 18.5-19 during upcoming bull...

For the higher growth and higher dividend yield companies, big chaps don't worry much about asset value. If people try to evaluate TJL based on its asset value during its bull time could misjudge the price. Just my opinion. Let c...
