The NAV of the September 30 statement gives a value of Rs. 919 for the share. Lately it has been trading at Rs. 761 to 763. Should not the company buy back some shares at these low prices and enhance the value of the share like they do in the USA?

No, I think they should do a split and make it more liquid.

Finance companies cannot waste money on buybacks since they need to save capital for capital adequecy requirements.

Are the"minimum public holding" laws that are coming on, applicable to companies already listed ? or is it for the new ipo's.

Did anyone figure out who is selling large quantity of ALLI in the open market at Rs 775.

ALLI has been dragged down ( NAV 919) , due to this person trying to exit.
