Captain sold JKH at 190 range during mid of 2012 to Janus holding and bought COMB from that receipt. After 1.5 years ( last week) bought back same JKH at 230 range from Janus(after rights and warrants).. It seems foreigners are most smartest than locals. May be locals are capable of identifying nearest uptrend ( uptrend yet to be confirmed). Most smart investors also make mistake.

Yeah, I wanted to make separate post on something similar , but I will say it now.

People are panicking left and right about the foreign sale of JKH at Rs 230.

Wonder whether anyone realize Janus is making big profit on rights bought at Rs 175 and the share they held before right issue.

Also so far they sold about 15% of their holding only.

Well I do agree EPF record   says they don;t time the share market well
but people tend to forget

a) to buy large quantities  someone has to sell
b) EPF only invests a very small percentage in share market  ( buy yes it is not a reason to buy very high like      GRAN,  LGL deals)

But JKH at Rs 230 is not terrible if they know the Government plans ;-)

Am not defending their buying policies  but saying there is another side people forget.

I see the JKH group as something similar to Villa group in the Maldives (perhaps the top Maldive firms should list in SL)

A bit surprised that Kazanah has not stepped up

Will JKH dispose NTB(?)

Disposing NTB around current prices will not be a smart move.

i think Malaysians didnt expect the weight of right and warrants issue. Probably their allocated money is already used for rights and .......then for warrent conversation later.

Or could be a miscommunication between two local brokers ?
