LDEV rights are selling at 2 rupees in the first day. And it can go below in the next days as the way rights are selling in the market.

Many thought the rights may be sold for 5-7 rupees.

Those who got LDEV rights must be very disappointed with the opening day selling price. For an tropical scenario who got 1000 LDEV.N

Bought 1000 At 63 range (63*1.01)*1000 63,630.00
Sold At 32 range after XR Date (32*0.99)*1000 31,680.00

Lost -31,950.00
Got (1000 * 15) rights
Sold for 2.20 range 15000*(2.2*0.99) 32,670.00

Profit/Loss 720.00

So it is very less return compare with the investment.
I know many of them bought LDEV more than 65(it went to 90 levels) and I think many of them have got a loss.

This is a tropical example. And I did not have 1000 rights exactly!

i knew it when I got the rights logged in to my account in I think Tuesday evening and only trade starting on Friday! IF it at least traded yesterday could have gotten over Rs 3 easily!

Had the right shares on my since Tuesday evening i think! I wish it atleast traded today too long to start trading - 2 many rights hitting market 1st day! I'm just praying what I think will not happen tomorrow!

Luckily sold mine at 2.70! IF not for stupid internet slowdown could have at even 3 though as 10000 buyer was their!

Rajitha, out of curiosity, what is the profit percentage? Im asking this because you were quite confident that you could make a 100% profit even if you buy at around 75-77 levels

Guys do not sell at current levels...
I think big guys try to keep the value at low and collect from us (poor retailers...).

I think this is worth at least 3 rupees what do you think.....

Actually I was saying you have a good chance for it here is what I posted originally!
Rajitha wrote: I believe LDEV have to potential to earn over 100% return in for few days investment in next few days! IMO there is over 70-80% chance you can cover the whole shares price with the Rights/ Shares you get from the right issue as the right issue price is quite low and is very attractive!
Lets wait and see how true I will be !

And as I said it was going that way! As i thought the shares price after XR went up from Rs 28.40 to almost near rs 40! I sold my 500 shares at rs 37 and thats a huge profit then and their! Even a right selling at Rs 5 could have neted near 100% profit!

The main problems was
1. The huge bear phase that came along got the LDEV price down to around rs 30!
2. The Bigest thing though was their sucky ( or maybe great for some) process of LDEV trading day! I had my right sitting with me since Tuesday evening! IF it started trading Wednesday people who had could have made fortune! Even on Thursday it would have been alright! But by Friday their were millions of rights hitting the market and their was a huge selling pressure! IF not for that it would have been a great right issue!
For example at HASU rights recently when I first lodged my 100 rights their were 7 million buy orders and only my 100 shares at sales at pre open!

As for what i made!
My average share price was around rs 75. 75*500= 37500
Sold on XR at 37 37*500= 18500
Sold right at 2.70 2.70*7500= 20250
So small gain of about Rs 1500! But it could have been a 6 figure value even if not for LDEV giving so long to lodge rights!

I knew whats going to happen the second I had my rights logged so early! But it was too late and I just wish I could have sold right at 3.00 Smile

it can go up if the market up highly or some high networth investor aggressively buy this share. I think it has a value around 3 Rs. also LDEV has very long term value with this capital infusion.

How do you get your rights deposited to your CDS account so sooner than others ??

Are you directly submitting the forms to the persons who handles right... (not through broker..)

Well I got my letter on Saturday, so if I had given it 2 ma broker on Monday, I'd have gotten it deposited on Tuesday Wink

When rights came out at 3 I knew I'm not gonna make a good profit of it so What I did in this right issue was to buy a good amount of rights below 2 and sell it around 2.10-2.30. So that was a good gain selling with .30- .40 cents profit Wink I never sold my little amt of rights.. If this goes further down, I'm gonna buy some more and convert to shares as it also seems attractive paying abt Rs. 27/- or low Wink

about 13 million shares traded today ... Average volume per trade is about 8800 shares.... It seems big guns collecting poor retailers shares at bargain... They will shot up the share at least to 30 rupees level when they collect enough from us retailers....
I am not going to sell my rights (Have 7500) below 3... I think it is worth minimum 3 rupees....
