Fundamentals of kegalla is better than most of plantation companies given by FLOWER2

But Kegalla is coming down because of Rubber prices. But 45% of kagalla is tea and other plantations and com forest

Some people try to collect KAGL using Rubber Price phobia

KGAL has one of the best balance sheets.

KGAL: What are the plus points?

Strong balance sheet with strong cash position.

Net asset per share 139.08

One of the best positive working capitals

One of the fundamental weaknesses is lower rubber prices.

Other one to watch is: NAMU

Even some warrants are trading at higher prices. Therefore my gut feeling is both NAMU and KGAL will pass Rs.100/. In a strong bull market it can go to around Rs.140/ at least. First we need to identify their base building pattern and gradual accumulations pattern to become bullish.  Who knows KGAL might have some life next week onwards. Lot of value stocks are laggards in the current uptrend. One by one they are slowly coming out of their base and building their up trend now.  Bigger returns for undervalued stocks are yet to come. Good luck!

It is better to buy stocks in pullback and pause before they form next uptrend. Hereafter I will not touch once stocks become overvalued. My gut feeling is there will be demand for stocks in sectors such as food, plantations, health sectors and consumer discrepancies in the coming days and weeks. Next week we may see some weakness in sectors such as banking and finance sector and diversify sector before their next rally. Overall intermediate trend is up for many sectors. It is better to focus on undervalued sectors now. My gut feeling is both KGAL/NAMU will pass Rs.100/- first before they pass Rs.150 next in a major uptrend. In a bear market they will go down below Rs.100.

No one has a crystal ball. We should wait for market action and price action. Different types of analysts/ advisors look for trends and rely on their experience to make the most educated guesses they possibly can, but at end of the day, it is still just a guess. What we can do is arm ourselves with the best information by conducting research, paying close attention to market shifts. There are times to cut losses and there are times not to cut losses. Good luck!

Some stocks can stagnate for a while. My gut feeling is BFL also will pass Rs.150/- before they pass Rs.200 in a major uptrend. . Don’t forget that they also have a good balance sheet. When they start to export chicken to Dubai everybody will buy and then it will go to the roof. Unfortunately last quarter grain output was low in the country due to bad weather in grain producing areas. Now weather has improved in those areas. YALA grain season has just begun. Hopefully maize and soya bean prices should come down with the improved weather patterns. Good luck.

Yes. Finally we should see beginning of strong uptrend for poultry stocks. It is time to monitor price actions of these stocks. Once BFL pass Rs.135 there will be more interest on this stock. Gran also could pass Rs.45 and TAFL could pass Rs.60 at first in the short run then can accelerate with market trend if the current price actions continue in the coming days. Good luck

SHARK aka TAH wrote:Those entering the Market Now, should be wary on those shares which have already made significant gains.
Simply because there will be some corrections coming soon or perhaps the appreciation of price would be very LOW.
This is my personal opinion.
Do some home work and Invest in shares that have not appreciated in the recent past.
Think of Plantation sector, some are yet to RUN and some are still attractive.

Happy Trading

Yes we should identify next winning sectors/ groups/ stocks now. Good luck!

At the present market conditions ,
-Land and property stocks
- Finance sector & Bonds
-Manufacturing

Stocks have a better chance. most are already appreciated.
But SPEN , CFIN , CSD comparatively less moved.
And dont forget DIPD , which had several problems in the past few months. Will show a good quarter this time.
