check out the SEYB.X order book and the previous trades at 35. huge orders and transactions. who knows may be there could be a late announcement next month saying some bank or fund has bought 10% of some bank last month and still buying has been going on. just speculation.

There are certain foreign fund managers in town as per news, But would anyone want to buy NV shares ?

Didn't you notice that such big orders were not there for voting share.

Some interested parties may be happy to see voting share trading below rights issue price so that large number of rights may not be subscribed giving them opportunity to grab some stake in a commercial bank that has been doing quite well in the recent past.

But for non voting share, who will be interested in a srategic investment so it should be kept above above rights issue price as otherwise this may be a bad failure.

Just my thoght on this, I may be totaly wrong.
