Dont go for PCH from what I know business is closed down. PCH and PCP websites also not working.

I dont thhink PCH will close because of EPF investment..... did you see TFC etc .... It will be a gamble though buying PCH

Thanks Malika, I noticed that section you highlighted. The BLC is a subsidiary of PCHH. The proceeds technically should come through related party transaction may come to PC House, am I right ? And the money would be used to clear PC House Properties tied up in Banks.

In the FS of PCHH, I do not see the connection between PCH as a Subsidiary of PCHH.

Any How they are part of the Group I presume, So that could be a reason for the late clearing & collection of PCH shares at 40c, giving new life for the company and PCHH last Friday. There seem to have collateral impact on the entire Group.

In this case the beneficiary party is PCH surviving current phase of uncertainty mainly.

I am of the view PCH will appreciate and rise in similar fashion of PCHH and PCP. AINV may increase its stake at the expense of Rishan, and would want to clear all or urgent, pending cases of Dues to Banks and State from the proceeds.

After the share price rise, will they go for another RIGHTS issue ?
These are hypothetical observations on the entire take.

Still I am not sure how this will work-out without going into depth of the Market Disclosure, PCHH is the Main Body and PCH & PCP are its organs.So the way Rishan has meticulously tied all into one another survival of the Individual depends on entire GROUP.

So PCH as founder must turnaround quickly and Management Responsibility and Diligence Corporate Governance must be given a revamp by placing Top Individuals with Professional Back Grounds.
I am sure there must be some understanding to this effect between the AINV, Rishan, Dr & Silva.
IMHO we may not see a quick recovery but path and foundations would be much clearer than before and strong emphasis and conviction put on Corporate Governance this time around.

EPF in the T20 list of PCH is another concern, so may be the big boys are up to something. Its prudent for EPF to increase its stake at current market price around 50c Smile

and average it. I know they are for the long haul but opportunity lies ahead if Management Team comes with a recovery plan that is acceptable by majority.
