SEC should halt trading until full enquiry regarding the Disclosure and when this letter was sent by Mr. Jerremy Grebbe.

If the application was dated 7th April 2014, I am sure OGL knew it. And yet did not disclose it through Standard disclosure method to the public, CSE and SEC.

My concern now is whether SEC and CSE will provide us an explanation why they will not pursue on this.

For me this is a material breach on the part of OGL.
And there should be monetory penalty of some sort.
