My advice is move away from plantation shares. I think with the 1000/= wage increase plantation companies will have tuff time. GL

guys who shared portfolios do it with % . percentages matter a lot. allocation is the key.

Seylan i keep for trading. its useless. when it came to 75 i give it quicky. rocell also if this time they cut divident i keep that for trading. others i dont care small % ne.

i buy for below prices
SAM - average price 136-142
rocell -65-70
rexp 210-220 (div taken 25)
NDB 100 (closest buy div came cost reduce by 8rs )
Oseas reality - 15.5 (need to collect div)
Seylan 46 (wait for div)
erathna 6
lb 131
all latest collections are green and divident is close Very Happy

im exited what will be div this time sam
if RCL cut div i will sell the shit

people who not dare not sharing there portfolio and tell bla bla.

u can understand who are the manipulators here

if they share a fake portfolio and it become down in future there reputation is going bad
if they share there real portfolio they cant manipulate

@what happen to mr Teller and Sangeetha old members is that.
They bash SAM and collect sam Very Happy

and other banks.
you can never by sam below 136 ... after this y div 16 lkr sam my average cost sam will be 136 -16
=120 since i bought sam recently. no one will buy from me making me a loss. follow me.
will teach u how to invest without imotions and not distracted by expirienced people manipulations.

thease days what i feel is im not taking risk im doing arbitrage. im collecting a div + another cash pile for sudden market crash.

soon or lator withing next 1 to 10 year market will pass its all time high i gurentee u.

i market become all time high what will be sam price??? sure go beyond 500

srilanka still there is potential to develop banks in rural areas. all the banks have potential to grow there revenue by 100 times by next 30 years. if u not sure check a bank branch map. all the branches are located on colombo. rural people still going 30 kms to a bank. there is huge potential in developing infrastructure in other 23 districts.

95% people who ride short term wawes like teller (if he telling the thruth he is trading without inside info) may be wipe out in next 30 years

long term investors will be there . I will be there in 27 years. if i lived i will be in the age of 55. will retire in 55 and buy a privet island isolated and do meditation full time untill i achive nirwana (assume i have not achived nirwana before 55)

@money lover - from hotel sector renuka city is the best investment return (good return and divident). but i do not trust hotel sector mutch. even best return i dont trust RHL managemnt

bros and sisters i can absorb up to 10% loss in my buying prices without a sound. since divident is close to 10% above companys. i bought like 15%-20% below current market prices. i can easyly absorb another 25%-30% price down. thats how doing arbitrage.

in you list "SOFT LIFE" and "pan asia bank" i'm not happy...

If you in SL you can used Ustocktrade( Go to sampath Bank they will help you)
unfortunately you need USD account in sampath bank. (Better to go WTC branch if you can)

my main weakness.but i have dicipline to hold. thanks for your kind reply assume you have bought above stocks long time ago?? btw soft life and pan asia is very minor % in my portfolio. i keep minor qtys in my mistakes and future buys so daily when i see portfolio i can see those share pricess. soft life is good but below 26 lkr pan asia aslo good in LT those cb restrictions will end soon but not this prices. if prices crash 30% like i will jump
