CT Land Development PLC operates Majestic City complex.
According to the financial statements of 2013/14
EPS is 6.35
P/ E Ratio is 6.22

According to the last quarter reports
Book value is 58.49
Still trading at Rs 39.50

So CTLD is still trading way below its book value .
Last year profit was 309 Mn compare to 260 mn previous year.
So the profit increase by 18 %.

Good volumes are being traded in past few days and i feel some collection going on.

with good financials i feel this move in upcoming days.
please share your views.

CTLD has been in my portfolio for some time now, and I have no intention of selling. The share is being 'rediscovered' by the market now because of its improved performance, cash flow and dividends. If CTLD can afford to continue paying Rs 2.60 as dividends every year (Yield: 6.5%), that itself would be adequate reason to buy because the downside risk would be limited; the capital appreciation would then be a bonus.
Use technical analysis to determine when exactly to buy.

CTLD is one of the most undervalued colombo property sector share.

RSI gradually going up.
Recent MACD cross over.

5%+ Dividend yield.
NAV is nearly Rs60.00
Probably the most undervalued listed land company in CSE.

Not diversified. Just MC. Some shops are rnning at lost so they cant increase the ren. If they invested atleast on that flowting mkt.

Windi5, any please let me know what they can do to diversify the business? Borrow billions from the bank and buy something else?

Do they need to open a roof top garden? Or a hotel on the top floor?

They are already floating at CSE hence no need to float anywhere else.

They can build a roller coster in and around that building.lolz. Its good share no doubt good dividends as well. I made my opinion. Its like a resistence at CSE. Dont panic you guys.

After consolidation at Rs 40/- level CTLD trying to break its resistance.
There is a bullish MACD crossover.
RSI has started moving up.
Lets keep fingers crossed..!
