Trading at a big discount compared to JKH.N.

As per Black scholes valuation when JKH.N price is 260/= the price of Warrant 23 is 106/= and the price of warrant 22 is 98/=.

I think JKH. W23 is much cheaper and safer.

Theoretically JKH.W23 should trade at 106/= but it's trading at 82/=. It's trading at a big discount.

The conversion date for W23 is somewhere Sept 2016 allows you plenty of time and therefore it's safe to hold.

Further Capital trust has collected significant amount of JKH Warrants and still keep on collecting.

Dinesh you are right. It is trading at a discount. I bough t the W23 today at 80.50 and 81. I think easily 10-15% gain in the next few weeks. Warrants have a good trading opportunity. The moment JKH cleared the 250/- sellers I should have bought this. Would haev got it 3-4/- cheaper. Well its ok I guess. I bought 20,000 W22 4 months ago at 58 and sold at 70. I had a strict exit price and I did sell it then. Hope this run will be as good as the other run. Thanks for the analysis. lets see....

who has the Warrants they need to pay for JKH. W22== 185/=  and for JKH. W 23 ==195/=

So if you buy JKH.,W22 77/= then you need to pay 185/= as well then cost on that day 262/= .....

So JKH W still save compare with other warrant .. all others nothing value today.. but we are trading some time because of penny stocks...

it might be a stupid question but just to understand the concept of warrants...forgive me for being so uneducated regarding warrants, i am new to this trade and would like to know how the holder of these warrants benefits in the long run if he has to pay a additional amount when the warrants expire

The price of warrants are somewhat controlled by capital trust. They are still collecting it and keeping the price down.

JKH.W22 must be at least 90/= now and JKH.W23 must be at least 100/= now.

There might be a sudden push within weeks.

Capital Trust holdings of JKH Warrants

                  31-Dec-13         31-Mar-14          31 June2014
Warrant 23    973,423            3,431,299          5,163,198
Warrant 24    656,547            2,052,358         3,640,857

Capital trust is the top holders of warrants.

I wanted to keep jkh warrants as a long time investment.but every time I purchase this share it appreciate at least 10-20 per cent within a day or two .so every time I sold to realise the quick unexpected profit .still I have some.
