The UBC Extraordinary General Meeting ended within 10 minutes which started at 2pm at Sri Lanka Foundation and many shareholders were seen fighting with staff who were hiding refreshment coupons that were to be diistributed among shareholders and staff were utilizing them for their own use and their friends.

this has happened at their earlier meetings also; good lesson for those minority shareholders who approved the resolution to dilute the value of their own shares. this is the only bank which trades below its ipo value(rs 25 three years ago).this is not surprising if you study the profiles of the BD.
