1 George Steuart & Co Ltd 11,475,000 51.000%

2 Seylan Bank Plc/Capital Trust Holdings (Pvt) Ltd 5,045,100 22.423%

3 Mr. N. H. Godahewa 1,125,000 5.000%

4 Mr. A. R. H. Fernando 750,000 3.333%

Then Golaka Nadahewa will sell his 5%...third largest shareholder who even used to buy Colombo Land for Rs.72 range.

Dilith jayweera sold his GSF shares yesterday and now Dilith’s   hoodooo is over for GSF.  Even for CLND it is Diliths hoodoo which kept the price of a good share down. Godahewa left GSF chairmanship in 2012 and CLND chairmanship in 2013 because difficult to work with Dilith.   Now gsf will do well under new management.
