Yes I am sure, this deal will take place above the NAV of the share. After that company may go for de listing. If so they have to pay at least 300 per share for temaining shareholders. Here @ the EGM , one share holder have one vote not defend on the share quantity they have. So minor share holders not willing to sell their shares to company @ low price. If I am wrong , please explain someone. This is not a buy or sell recomendation. because same thing going on with clpl

See,

REG market price 138.00 but transaction take place @ 110.00 (NAV = 88)
SINI market price 206, transaction take place @ 206 (NAV = 260)

Due to this transaction , they have to pay withholding tax base on this transaction value (price* quantity) . therefore they try to do this at a minimum price .but they have to decide SINI transaction price as 206.00.that means this company value is more than this. compare with regnis..
