It is predicted that oil will fall to 75 US $ within very short time.
There is a oversupply and prices are heading down.
So very good for companies like LIOC. There profits will be really good.

Falling oil prices and rising CSE-I took huge risk by increasing LIOC to 43% of my portfolio because of..

when barrel of oil trading around $100 for last two quarters, LIOC's EPS was around 2 per quarter . now barrel is 85 and LIOC will make huge profits from last quarter of this year even if there will be another price cut of petrol and diesel from budget.

Very good news for LIOC.

LIOC may even be able to report an EPS above Rs. 3.50 in December ending quarter if this price levels continue.

LGL also would benefit as the gas prices also declining.

Another reduction by government will not hurt LIOC that much.
