Well guys we have been going behind CFVF LIOC etc and we should always and always npt forget the most amazing owner of the WTC and Havaloc city.

what if they sell one of these to another party. Just imagine the capital gain and yes we will hear the news very very soon.

True enough, whether with or without the news, the share can fly high specially with the latest financials. A mere 28% increase in PAT.

But i am here just talk about fundamentals nothing else.

Easy calculation P/E based value.
Industry P/E 12.90
Annualised EPS 3.44
Value Rs.44

So sounds attractive isn't it. But this earnings are with fair value adjustment.

So if we take fair value out.
Annualised EPS 2.25
Valuation Rs.29

Not as attractive as above isn't it.

Please note in this property sector cash flows are generated only through rental or other related income (sale of properties etc...). So normally fair value adjustments are neglected.

So the reason for lack of heat may be that & this is a not a stock like ETWO or PDL. This has lot of volume in the market.

So for investing good. Trading ????????????????

Still i'm holding 10K @ 24.80 level and expecting to exit around 30.00 levels. I don't know when it will reach my expected price levels.
