So if they want to delist. They have to pay other shareholders before delisting.Therefor the price will appreciate.
What price they will pay to sharehoulders ?
Ernie Tissera wrote:Their mandatory offer is 26.50 to buy all remaining share which is due to expire on 14th November. As RPPA said after this date, this will appreciate even if they want to de-list. RPPA & other experts can you please provide more details since I am clueless about the options. As i Know some use to buy the balance share in the market in other means like BRAC Lanka.

as i said arpico is buying @ 26.50 and then de-list. its very similar to AMW (they have bought all the shares from the mkt through Acuity in 2009 and de-listed)
Ernie Tissera wrote:Yes RPPA you are correct. I am a new comer and new to this speculative game. Now i understand the trick of the game a little bit. Thank you.
KAS10 wrote:they will announce once they buy @ 26.50. and this is the first time they started buying from the mkt after the takeover. Right now Arpico have 82% and balance they will buy from the mkt remember there is a deceased account which holds 1million shares and according to the MOU they signed with Arpico they will have to sell that @ 26.50 after the court case. after that they have 90% + and they will announce that they are going to de-list the company. there are enough stocks to play with so be careful thats all i can say. This is 100% true story. its no point of arguing or going against with others posts, as an investors we gotta take brave decisions with our money.
Cheers.
